Front Gates:

The entry gate is opened… via a five number code: entered into the key pad.

The exit gate opens to pedestrians by pushing the button to the right of the gate…on the wall.

(The gate only opens half way)

The exit gate opens for vehicles: once they drive over two seniors placed in the drive.

To allow others (who are non residents to enter) they can at the gate (using the key pad) enter the unit number: followed by the call button.

This will allow the person in that unit to open the gate using the key button - found in the internal phone (in the hallway)

The gates (both entry and exit) are operated by the power grid.

In the case of a power outage. The internal (rechargeable batteries ) will open the gates (up to an hour.)

If the power is expected to be off for a longer period.. there is a key that will override the system.

This will allow the gates to stay open until-all systems are activated again.
