Courtyard Gates:

Effective September 2023

At the moment ... there is no particular design for the courtyard gates.

However they must be of a presentable style... while fitting into the current surroundings.

Note:

Before any fence or gate can be installed to courtyards ... all information / design etc. must be forwarded to Nineoaks body corporate for approval and be signed off.

The gate must (at all times) allow access to the courtyard ... so washing / painting / water blasting can take place.
