About Nine Oaks
Nine Oaks features 48 architecturally designed townhouses within an extensively landscaped and private gated environment which is only 700 metres to the beach and as an outlook to the Papamoa Hills.
Smart architectural design has been key to maximising the site and is evident within the interior layouts, making the best use of space without unnecessary additional costs. Each townhouse is about useable space and quality of life with everyday living the focus. Both the two and three bedrooms come with an additional work space (office) and the three bedrooms have two living spaces.
Each townhouse is built to exceed New Zealand’s building code standards, the specification for the development reflects true value with a quality fit out from flooring to fixtures and fittings.
Each townhouse is sold with a unit strata title and a practical and cost effective body corporate will ensure owners can have peace of mind that maintenance and care of the common areas is maintained and taken care of in years to come. The complex is gated giving residents day to day privacy, and security.
Nine Oaks is situated at 31 Reynolds Place, Papamoa within a ten minute drive to three major shopping centres including Papamoa, Bayfair and Te Puke and the immediate catchment has a range of cafes, restaurants and recreational facilities to enjoy - primary and secondary schools within it’s immediate catchment.
Just a few minutes to the sand and surf of Papamoa Beach, providing the opportunity to spend more time on one of the countries most beautiful coastlines.
We have wide landscaped driveways. The main entrance is off Reynolds Place via a gated entry system with remote access and intercom link to each townhouse.
Each townhouse has it’s own carport and an additional car park space (front courtyard) with guest parking spaces also available for shared use.
